We're a family-owned business and we genuinely believe two heads are better than one. Our designers work side-by-side with each customer so that every install matches the way you actually live.
All of our products are built to order in the United States at our Clearwater, Florida factory. Our installation crew are full-time employees of More Space Place — never subcontractors — so designers and installers stay on the same page from the first measurement to the final reveal.

Our Founder
Once an entrepreneur, always an entrepreneur.
When Paul had a vision, he always found a way to see it through. That's exactly what happened in 2005, after a friend who had just opened a More Space Place franchise in Hilton Head handed him a brochure.
Together with his wife Patty, Paul purchased two More Space Place franchises and launched the business on the Grand Strand. Joined shortly after by their son and daughter-in-law, Sean and Marianne, the family company was formed — and it continues today in his honor.

Co-founder
Patty has mostly stepped back from day-to-day operations of the family business she and Paul started in 2005. She now lives in Florida near their son Brian, his wife Laura, and their grandson Chase — and keeps busy travelling to see extended family and friends.
Sales & Installation Manager
Sean grew up in Binghamton, NY, and served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS The Sullivans from 1995 to 2000. After the Navy he worked in cabinetry in Charleston before joining an engineering and woodworking firm in Columbia, SC, where he ran CNC routing on multimillion-dollar projects. He brings that same attention to detail to every install at More Space Place.
Designer
Marianne is from Colorado Springs and has been in the woodworking industry for more than 25 years. A college internship sparked her passion for design, and after earning an Architectural Engineering degree she moved to Columbia, SC — where she met Sean. In 2005 they relocated to North Myrtle Beach with Paul and Patty to launch More Space Place together.
